The original 5000 General (Shogun) Battle Cards form the basis of the recruitment system that RisingSun offers. Recruitment is the process of staking samurai cards for a set period to acquire a Mysterious Samurai Crate, an openable crate that yields a random samurai card. It can also be sold on the Internal Marketplace

Samurai or Generals journey in groups of 3 to recruit. Every recruiting mission has a flat cost of 4000 $RSUN per NFT (12000 $RSUN total), with a variable amount of $INF and lock time of all NFTs participating. The $INF cost and lock time are the sum of each card’s individual $INF cost and lock time.

To avoid hyperinflation of Samurai NFTs there is a maximum amount of times a Samurai NFT can participate in a Recruitment Mission.

The cost for recruitment will be occasionally adjusted to balance the Samurai card emission rate.
